Dillon participated in a Sunday game against the Vikings, but so far there’s been no news of any other player testing positive.

The 49ers. were dominant against the Packers last season, both in the regular season and playoffs, but their health issues make them a +4.5 home underdog in this one. Still, we may see some more movement as the Covid-19 situation in the Packers camp becomes clearer. The total is set at 50.5 or 51.5 depending on where you place your bet. On Sunday, the Seahawks beat them 37-27.

Last week, the Packers surprisingly lost to Minnesota despite being in the -6.5 favorites and will look to bounce back against the depleted 49ers. They do tend to perform well after losses, winning the last 8 times after a defeat. Green Bay also covered in the last 11 games following the matchup where they failed to do so. However, they have to make a cross-country trip after a short week and may have some fatigue issues. While we can expect their passing game to be efficient as it was in the loss to the Vikings, the rushing may suffer after AJ Dillon news, especially considering that Aaron Jones is probably out, too.
Despite the loss last week, Aaron Rodgers had another solid game on Sunday, throwing 27 passes for 291 yards for three touchdowns and no interceptions. If you’re putting him in your fantasy lineup, you should probably stack him with WR Davante Adams when had all of Green Bay’s three touchdowns against the Vikings on seven receptions.
Thoughts On The San Francisco 49ers
The main news for the 49ers this week is the loss of their two main passing weapons – QB Jimmy Garoppolo and star TE George Kittle. RB Tevin Coleman is another name on the already ridiculously long injury list. Still, even with all problems, San Francisco manages to produce decent performances and is still has a shot at making the playoffs. They shouldn’t see much of a drop-off in QB production as the backup Nick Mullens has proven that he can play at the high level and already had an excellent fourth quarter after replacing Gaoppolo last week. Kittle’s production will, however, be much harder to replace with the backup TE Jordan Reed also on the injury list.
The Green Bay’s rushing defense was destroyed by Dalvin Cook last week, and with Tevin Coleman out, rookie RB JaMycal Hasty should see plenty of opportunities and could be this week’s value fantasy pick.
