NFL Week 4 Prime Time Betting Picks
There are four teams looking for their first win of the season in this week’s three prime time games. However, I would not look for an upset from any of the three underdogs.

SportsBetting.ag has opened the Broncos as three-point favorites on the road. The total line is set at 40 points. Both of these teams are playing themselves out of contention in their respective division race. However, Denver is still the better overall team. It gave Tennessee and Pittsburgh a tough battle in its first two games.
Thursday Night Football- Denver Broncos (0-3) at New York Jets (0-3)
The Jets have been outscored 94-37 in their three losses. This is the worst point differential in the NFL by far.
The Broncos have been a solid bet on the road in recent trends. They are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven road games. The best bet is still the OVER on 40 points. It has gone OVER is six of the last seven meetings in New York.
Sunday Night Football- Philadelphia Eagles (0-2-1) at San Francisco 49ers (2-1)
San Francisco represents the West Coast in this NFC prime time matchup as a 6 ½-point home favorite. The total line opened at 45 points.
Once contenders to win the NFC East, the Eagles are still looking for their first win of the season. Quarterback Carson Wentz continues to turn the ball over at an alarming rate.
Following a surprising week 1 loss to Arizona, the 49ers have scored a combined 67 points in their last two games.. Backup quarterback Nick Mullins threw for 343 yards and a touchdown in Sunday’s 36-9 win against the New York Giants.
San Francisco should continue to feast on East Coast teams with this game in its own backyard. The 49ers have won 17 of their last 22 games SU. They win this one by more than the current spread.
Monday Night Football- Atlanta Falcons (0-3) at Green Bay Packers (3-0)
Week 4 in the NFL closes things out with Green Bay listed as a 7 ½-point home favorite. The total line for this NFC clash has been set at 57 ½ points.
At the very least, Atlanta should be 2-1. It blew back-to-back 15 point leads in each of its last two games. Bouncing back against one of the NFC’s best teams will be a tall task.
Things have gone according to plan in the Packers’ perfect start. The 3-0 record (SU and ATS) is highlighted by the recent 37-30 road win against New Orleans. I would not expect any type of letdown on Monday night.
The extra half point on the current spread favors Atlanta. I still have Green Bay covering. But my best bet in this one is the OVER on the inflated total line. The total has gone OVER in the last five meetings between these two teams.
NFL Betting Trends:
Through the first three weeks of NFL games, the oddsmakers are as sharp as ever. Favorites have gone 24-24 ATS. The home team has gone 24-24 ATS. The only edge goes to the OVER on the total line with a 60.4 winning percentage.
