Quickspin Releases Its First Reactor Game Golden Glyph

First Reactor Game Golden Glyph

Did you know that Quickspin released Its first reactor video slot game called Golden Glyph? Quickspin has already established itself as one of the most innovative gaming software development companies in the world. Never one to rest on its laurels, innovation moves to the top of this list with its latest release.

Golden Glyph is Quickspin’s first reactor type game with numerous features. It has been designed as a classic puzzle game with an Ancient Egypt theme. This real money slot offers a unique 7×7 format. It is designed to enhance a new and improved portrait mode. One of the top features is a Power Wild and the game also utilizes Tumble Mechanics.

There are also four distinct magical Power Ups:

  1. Golden Scarab
  2. Eye of Horus
  3. Blaze of Fire
  4. Free Spins Bonus

Players getting a Power Wild will trigger a magical Power Up. The Golden Scarab spreads the wealth across the grid with four to 10 Wilds. The Eye of Horus can magically remove low-paying symbols. This feature can also transform these symbols into payouts. The Blaze of Fire removes normal symbols by burning them. This can take place in any row or column that crosses its path. The feature also transforms symbols into payouts.

During the Free Spins Bonus, lucky players might come across the Golden Glyph symbol. This has the power to produce huge wins by multiplying bets up to 13,000x.

Clint Andersson is a game producer at Quickspin. On the company website, www.quickspin.com he recalled the story behind this new game:

“When we started working on Golden Glyph, we wanted to create a game that felt like a classic puzzle or tile-matching game like ‘Puyo Puyo’ and Bomberman: Panic Bomber’. We also wanted to combine the characteristics of these types of games with the power-up features pf classic RPG games. Like ‘Golden Axe’ or ‘Gauntlet’, where you get to collect and use a power-up to perform magic.”

He went on to add:

“When designing the graphics the idea was to use small, detailed icons with shields, swords and armor equipment. But it was a bit tricky to build a menu that could fit all the different icons. Then, during one of the many design iterations, our Lead Artist came up with the idea that the meter should be round.

This can be quite a difficult format to use in menus, as games are always placed on a rectangular screen. But everyone on the team really loved the new meter, so we tried to figure out a way to make it work. That’s when we came up with this large, heavy golden wheel that’s filled with mystical and magical symbols. And this is now one of the best parts of the game. I’m really happy with the result and I think it looks great.”

Quickspin has announced a release date of Nov. 12 for Golden Glyph. The company plans to release more details on its gameplay experience in the coming weeks. Earlier this month, it announced its release of the second sequel, Wild Chase: Tokyo Go. This was in response to the success of Sticky Bandits: Wild Return.
